Last nights NBA fantasy draft went very well. I am happy with my team and ready for the season. It was fun to chat with some friends from home…
This morning we got up at 11:00. For some reason we were both more tired than we should have been after a long nights sleep. Even so, we quickly showered and packed our things. At 12:00 we checked out of our hotel. Fortunately, we were able to leave our bags with the concierge for the day.
We spent most of the afternoon cruising around various shops and looking at a few sights along the way. We each purchased some Arabic clothing. I also got a new lens for my camera in preparation for our safari. I hope to be able to get better pictures of some of the animals with my new zooming abilities.
Once we had finished shopping we headed toward the post office. Sadly, the establishment was closed because of Ramadan. Instead, we went into an air-conditioned mall and hung out for a little over an hour.
We then returned to our hotel at 17:00 and read some of the local newspapers. After reading all we could, B got out his computer and we watched “She’s the Man” (B purchased it today…).
We then headed for the internet café to use the internet one more time before heading to Africa. Our plane leaves in a little over 4 hours so once we are done here we will head for the airport.
I do not know how accessible the internet will be in Africa. I apologize in advance if this blog does not see frequent updates for the next several weeks. Fear not, I will continue to write and will post when possible!

As much as I want to talk trash, I think your fantasy draft went well too. But your team doesn't scare me because I can bench your players as I please!
Your guys movie selection so far has been borderline horrendous btw.
